and how do they breathe out of water
has anyone done this before? because ohio is too cold during the winter to leave out side, you are actually suppose to but the plant in a baggie, and place it in your fridge (similar to their native carolina climate in the winter)
i took ‘em out a few days ago, and placed him under a 10 gallon fish tank light (doesnt say wattage) but he’s not looking good. none of the traps made it through the winter.
if anyone has done this before, i’ve read up on it (a lot), but need some detailed things from actually keepers. if your plant looked like mine does
for non-plant keepers, venus traps need a required dormancy period (like we need sleep) i didnt just pop it in the fridge to be cruel
Let me know what your favorite fly is for winter steelhead. I mostly use glo bugs, but would love some other tips. Thanks.
