How can I retract a grappling hook line?

I am trying to find a way to cast out a grappling hook attached to a 50′ long, 5/32″ diameter paracord line (tested at 550 lbs.) and make it so I can reel it back in to a circular thing at my side. Fishing reels won’t work, and I’m pretty sure fly wheels are just the same. All I want to do is throw it out, and be able to crank it back in, and be able to neatly store it like that, but be able to cast it out again without having to take out the length I need. Something that works like a fishing reel, but can hold that size of rope. Can anyone help me? Thanks!
Yeah, to make it clear, I want the retractor to fit on my belt – I’ve looked into winches, and it doesn’t work for me. Also, it needs to be able to be casted while still rolled up. If that’s impossible, I can take out the length first, but its preferable.

what is this theme park ride called?

hi, i recently did this at Hurricane Harbour in Arlington, TX. And i have no idea what the name for the ride is? I dont need the specific name, just the general classification…. bungee flying? or rope flying? i have no idea what to call it.
i dont want to called bungee jumping because it is not.
They tie you to a rope, you can lying down, and you are raised up, then you release and are “swung” across the sky.
what will i call this?

What does this dream mean?

Last night I had a dream, and in that dream me and some friends were swimming in a creek. My dog was there aswell swimming around the water. We tied a rope to my dog and she swam really fast off a little waterfall (about 2m high) and she pulled us along and for about 10 secs we could fly on the raft. We kept pulling the raft back up and doing it again and again. It was fun.

Then we went up the river to stay at this hotel. The hotel was a bad place. I knew the hotel was a bad place because I had had a dream about it before and the people there tried to break into your room at night and capture and torture you.
The hotel was the only place we could stay.

Then for some reason the whole school was staying there on an excursion. My old fav teacher was there and he worked at the hotel now. He kept trying to get away from us all. He was up to something. I kept getting him to come back to the group so he couldnt sneak off.

Then I woke up. Does this dream have any meaning?

mysterious disease made me have to shoot my dog……..???????? help?

ok i had this hound and lab mix ever since i was a little kid and he has always been a huge teady bear, wouldnt hurt a fly. but last year he started to kill animals that came into the yard, then my neighbors chihuahua. I was so scared that he would hurt other things that i tied him up,( he was on a very long rope) my dad came by to visit and went up to pet him not knowing, and he bit my dad on the leg…… my dad was tested for rabies but it was negative. then when i went to give him food the next day he snarled at me!!!! he had never done that in his whole life! i have no idea what was wrong with him. But then my other dog went in to heat, and he chewed the rope in half. He wouldnt leave her side and herded her around until she was so tired that she fell down. He has gone crazy and we were to scared to get near him… so we asked our neighbor if he would shoot him… he had gotten his first rabies shot a little bit before that. maybe an overdose? what else could have made him do it?
we couldnt take him to the vet because be the time we even realized that it was a mojor problem he was too dangerous to be approched! even if he did have a brain tumor my mmom wouldnt have paid for the surgery, or to have it put down humanley, she not an animal lover to say the least. i was all in favor for calling animal control but i didnt have a say in it…..
ok just so all you ass holes know i was abought 13 when this happened and i had no say in his being shot my mom thiught he had gone viciouse and had me tie him to the tree!!!!!! just so that he wouldnt kill anyone elses animals, no my dad was not exactly “tested for rabies” but he didnt get them so i just figured they did some kinda test im no expert on anything so stop jumping down my throat!! its to late and all i want to know is why the dog i had grow up with had to be shot?
and i can have as many unspayed and unutered animals as i want its my own buisness thank you* and he was perfectly healthy as i remember.
well before he went crazy…..

Getting rid of the glare.. please help?

I’m bald and have a problem when i go bike riding. Recently a friend of mine crashed his bicycle cause he was blinded by the glare off of my head. He’s really out of shape and flabby so i have to tie a rope to his bike to keep him going so he cannot ride in front of me. I’ve tried everything from hats to rubbing charcoal bicketts on my head but it makes my scalp break out in a really disgusting looking acne rash and the hats fly off. Please help im affraid my friend will die if he doesn’t get his exercise.
