There’s this guy that I loved, and he knew I cared, but he never liked me in the same way, obviously. He owns a fishing charter boat. I paid him $425.00 to take me out on a fishing trip. He was suppose to take me out in July/August but always came up with excuses as to why he couldn’t. He down right actually lied to me at one point. I asked him just the other day if he was going to take me out fishing and he said; he was. I asked when ; would it be this year or when pigs fly? He said this year. I know he’s not going to take me. Which is sad. He tries his best to avoid me. He’s prove to me that he’s not at all interested in dating me and seems to have no interest in being my friend either. Which is odd cause he once said he didn’t want to ruin our friendship. Well, as far as I’m concerned he has. If he didn’t want to take me, he shouldn’t have cashed my check. So, how do I get my money back? I know it’s not going to be easy. Can I take him to small claims court? What should I do?
btw, I have canceled checks to his company to prove I paid him.
Seriously this really dissapoints me, becuase I’ve always prided myself on my unique abilty and love for artsy/fartsy movies that no one else seems to get, which makes me love them all the more.Like Buffallo 66 by Vincent Gallo, loved that one.Or the Funeral or Truth or Consequences N.M.Well Vincent Gallo in general anyway I feel was underrated.Or that Spanking the Monkey movie.But this movie for some reason escapes me and really troubles me becuase I’m not able to see it , its like one of those pictures with a bunch of colored dots and your supposed to stare at it and a 3d immage is supposed to emerge from it and everyone see’s it but you!
