I need help finding the audio file and the video file of this song? What is this song called?

I’m not sure of what the title of the song is, but it’s a Santana song featuring Alex Band of The Calling. Part of the lyrics go something like this “Everytime I try to talk to you…I get tongue-tied…It turns out…Everything I say to you…Turns out wrong…It never comes out right…So I say why don’t you and I get together…Take off for the moon and be together forever…” Alex Band sings the song and I remember the video involves a home video camera and Alex Band is flying in the air. I tried going to The Calling’s official website, but it doesn’t have the audio or the video of that song. Can someone tell me what the song is called and where I can find the audio and video files of it? Thanks.
