need help with study guide sheet for LORD OF THE FLIES book…?

i have to answer question on chapter 11 of lord of the flies….

-how does the contrast of the paint and smoke symbolize the two forces that are motivation the boys?

-how does golding subtly begin to portray jacks group as heathens?

- Why were the boys so scared of the war paint?

-why didn’t Ralph want to tie his hair back

-describe what happened when ralph and jack confront each other about piggies glasses. what happened to piggy and the conch ? list the events

if you could help answer any of these THAT WOULD BE SOOOO HELPFUL!!!

-jack
-power
-took tribe
-upper hand hunting
-upper hand for chief
-wants chief
-conch
-I don’t want to play w/ u no more
-bill, Maurice, roger left w/ jack

-kills piggy
-torchered sam n eric [tied up
-forced to join jacks up
-trouble with law and parents

-coconut shells
- bathroom
-fire

ESSAY TOPIC:
In LOTF, settings parallel and reflect conflicts of the novel. Examine four settings of the novel from ch. 1-12. Discuss how these settings indicate the development and progression of conflict.

i need somewhere to start with this essay. i have my intro paragraph already. i just can’t decide which settings i should use and in what order.
[mountain, beach, castle rock, lagoon, jungle]
i need some information on each of the settings and how they tie in with the conflict. if anyone can help me out in developing this essay, that would be greatly appreciated.
