i have some homework due in a few hours and i really need help,if any of you could answer atleast a few of the questions,that would help lots.chapters 9 and 10 of lord of the flies
1-simon and the flies both find a life-like figure.describe or explain it…
2.what does simon have to do with it
3.tell how ralph’s and jack opinion on the conch are quite different
4.when/why does Piggy try to get Ralph to leave Jack’s group(fast)?
5.who is mistaken for the beast and killed by the group?
6.then what scares the boys,sending the boys into darkness,screaming?
7.sadly,what was washed out to sea by the end of chapter 9?
8.tell how piggy adjusts or compensates for having only one lens in his glasses
9.how do ralph and piggy disclaim their pants in what has happend to simon
10.ralph and piggy decide that the “four of them” will have to keep the fire burning.who are the other two?
11.which boy has jack ordered to be tied and beaten?
12.jack divides his group into two.identify both groups.

I have to present something on wednesday and would like to be creative by bringing in a song. Is there any good song that depicts Lord of the Flies.

The song would have to tie in with the conflicts between Ralph and Jack as they fight each other, argue, or even split apart.

15 You saw no form of any kind the day the LORD spoke to you at Horeb out of the fire. Ok….I have to write an essay tommorrow that ties in my reading assignments (see title). It has to be about how each of the stories portrays mankind’s nature and how each of those natures are related. I would be extremely grateful if anyone could tell me how each of those stories portrays mankind’s nature, even just one of those stories would be helpful. Thanks!
Um by the way the essay tommorrow is a part of my final exam not an assignment that I procrasinated (it’s a prompt)…All I am pretty confident with is Romeo and Juliet, which shows the destructive result of mankind’s nature to hold grudges. And as to how long this would take to write about mankind’s nature for each story, all I’m asking is a one sentence summary of it–like the one I gave for Romeo and Juliet. Thanks!
