My husband and I would like to try it next time we go to the Smoky Mountains. We’d get an experienced guide, of course, but, would we spend the entire day learning as opposed to catching fish? Are the fundamentals easy to learn?

I mean, he has fruit flies and roaches in the bathroom, food in his fridge from before I divorced him in March, there is a bra on my 8 year old floor and no females live there, my 8 year old has a broken window, no sheets on his bed, his mattress is askew, and there is a hole in his ceiling. My 11 year old has cat litter all over his floor. (they dont own a cat.) there is rotton food under their computer desk where their pomeranian lives on a rope tied to the desk. There is mold growing in their food cabinet. I called CPS once, and they had their church come in and clean their house spotless. They let it get messy again. When I called CPS again they thought I was just a bitter ex wife. Any ideas??
Our neighbor has 3 dogs that they never let inside. 2 Chiuahua’s and an 8 motnh old Mastiff. Every time my husband and I are out in our backyard, the mastiff jumps on the fence violently and attacks it. She is damaging the fence because I see wood chips fly through the cracks. We can’t see any damage on our side YET. She did pop out one of the fence posts the other day but we just nailed it back in. We have asked our neighbor to tie her up HUNDREDS of times. They do for a day then stop. Not only is it extremely frustrating to have to deal with this when we are outside, but I have 3 dogs myself that I worry about if that dog busts through, and we have a baby on the way! We don’t keep our dogs outside but we do let them out to just run around for an hour or so at a time. My question is what can I do? The dog is still confined to their property so it is not a leash law problem. I fear for my baby and my dogs.
I have called both the police and Animal Control and they told me that because the animal is technically still on their property for now there is nothing they can do.
kk- I am not afraid of any dog or breed. When a dog violently attacks a fence to break through it is not a good dog. I am sorry if you have been at the recieving end of this. maybe you need to train your dogs better. There is a thing called common courtesy. I have 3 dogs myself that we have trained not to bark all day and attack fences one of them being a pit bull. So NO I am not afraid of mastiffs, I am afraid of some idiot irresponsible owner (like your self it sounds) letting their dog break through the fence and attack my dogs or BABY!
I recently got married. It just everything is so different, the way we walk, talk, do anything. My husband is from a family where they disciple everyone and very close family ties. My parents family is close as well but pretty much no rules in the house. The kids are free and fly like birds. It’s good and bad at the same time. My point is, it’s so difficult for me. It’s causing problem between us. My husband doesn’t want my brother’s kids over to our house since they are not disciple kids. If i say no to them for kids, they get mad at me. If i say it’s okay then my husband gets bad. Well recently my bro and i got into big fight over this. He has been helping us so much with helping us find a fixer up house, fixing it and has done a lot. Now my bro and we dont speak over this issue. I feel so bad, since my bro and i never had any issue before. He has been very helpful but he doesn’t want anyone to say bad to his kids. He feels if his kids are not welcome then he isn’t either.
The other problem is that when ever they are over. My bro or his wife dont watch them. They dont stop them for anything they are doing. If my husband say anything. Then they dont like it, that he’s yelling at their kids. I get stuck in the middle. My husband is a clean freak so it makes it even more difficult.

It was late one evening while my husband and I were on our way home. We hurt this loud noes, yet we could not figure out what it was. Next thing we knew this guy with his F 150 truck flies by going about 60mph hauling an old fishing boat with the tie grown. No it wasn’t just blown he was riding on the rodder. Sparks were flying every where.
The oddest thing he passes a gas station were five cops are standing outside talking and you know they saw this guy and heard him, you could hear him coming miles away. Yet the cops never stopped the guy.
Odd but true.
I have seen a truck in front of me going about 45 and his front tie comes off and rolls a half mile up the road. He never wrecked his truck he calmly pulled to the side of the road and luckily the tie didn’t hit on coming traffic.
What have you seen?
That was we heard not hurt . LOL
