Can anyone help- my uncle’s a fishing enthusiast and has heard of a freshwater nymph “Ivan’s Green and Brown”. He is interested in it’s appearance and how you would dress it- as he often makes his own flies for fishing- please help !!!

Need Help!! Don’t know how to use this!!!?
I have the tools. I have the flies. I have the rod. i just don’t know how 2 use them. I need 2 know how to fly fish on almost still water 4 large mouths. HELP ME!!!!
Gym and dance routine help???
Every year our school hosts a gym and dance festival and this year I am arranging one of the routines
For year 7 and 8′s(I’m in 6th form) I have made lots of routine changes and still we need and extra minute or routine I have already done backwards angels, flying angels, backwards rolls, a pop up, cartwheels, forward rolls, prymid, headstands and backwards walkovers
we are doing it to Die another day-Madonna and they are wearing black leggings and their dad’s shirts with bow ties s it can’t get the matierial bunched.
Can anyne think of any other skills I could use?

plz help! where can i purchase these items?
i am very allergic to insect bites, especially mosquitos. awhile back i got a catalog that was selling a safari type hat that was screened and attached to screen like material pants to protect you from the insects, now i can’t find them anywhere and can’t remember the catalog name, any help would be greatly appreciated 
i love to grill on my deck but it’s not very safe due to all the insects flying around, i don’t want to end up in the emergency room again looking like a blow fish…lol.
