Would you fly cross country to see a person?

I’ve been with my boyfriend for four years. But I loved a guy before him, named Jake. I have known him for six years. I think I am marrying my boyfriend soon, so I feel like I need to see Jake before I’m tied down for good. I miss him and feel deep within myself that I need to see him in person just one more time. However, I couldn’t let my boyfriend know. Should I fly to see Jake? We are just friends, at this point, but I will always have a place in my heart for that rat bastard.

How do I get REAL emarketing advice that isn’t another sales scam? How do I tell the difference?

There seems to be a lot of junk advice out there, and most is geared to get me to leave my money. Some scams promise thousands of hits for a few bucks, but have robots hit your site, or hits from countries that don’t do me any good. I need REAL marketing advice for REAL avenues for me to pursue that REALLY work. website to promo: www.fly-fishing-flies.com

What you guys think of The Flying Lures? Are they any good?

I have been reading newsgroup postings and it seems that there are a few people who catch many kinds of fish with them. And there are others who have never caught anything with them.

Have you caught fish with The Flying Lures? If so, how did you use them and where?

Happy fishing!

No Shortage of Good Days

No Shortage of Good Days

IN his new book about the delightful torture known as fly fishing, John Gierach again demonstrates the wit, eloquence, and insight that have become his trademarks.

Consider this observation about fishing: “From my own experience I can say that a bad back makes you hike slower, stove-up knees keep you from wading confidently, tendinitis of the elbow buggers your casting, and a dose of giardia can send you dashing into the bushes fifteen times in an afternoon, but although none of this is fun, it’s discernibly better than not fishing.”

Or this explanation for every fisherman’s fascination with small streams: “The idea is to fish obscure headwater creeks in hopes of eventually sniffing out an underappreciated little trout creek down an un-marked dirt road. Why is another question. I suppose it’s partly for the fishing itself and partly to satisfy your curiosity, but mostly to sustain the belief that such things are still out there to find for those willing to look.”

And perhaps the ultimate explanation for the fishing obsession: “I briefly wondered how much trouble a guy should go to in order to catch a few little trout, but then any fish becomes worth catching to the extent that you can’t catch it, so the answer was obvious: Once you decide to try, you go to as much trouble as it takes.”

In No Shortage of Good Days Gierach takes usfrom the Smokies in Tennessee to his home waters in Colorado, from the Canadian Maritimes to Mexico—saltwater or fresh, it’s all fishing and all irresistible. As always he writes perceptively about a wide range of subjects: the charm of familiar waters, the etiquette 27.99 of working with new fishing guides, night fishing when the trout and the mosquitoes are both biting, fishing while there is still slush on the river, fishing snobbery, and the delights of fresh fish cooked and eaten within sight of where it was caught. No Shortage of Good Days may be the next best thing to a day of fishing.

2 Air Force questions, female hair regulations, and qualifying.?

First off, I joined the Marines 3 years ago, I’m 21 now and I didn’t make it because I fractured my arm pretty bad. It’s all good now and I want to join the AF. I was in boot camp for 5 months, 2.5 months training and the rest I was healing but then they realized how bad my injury was and let me go.

Anyway, when I tried to “apply” (the AF) or let them know my info online, it said they weren’t taking people with prior service, but are there any recruiters here that can tell me if I qualify or not? Cause technically I didn’t serve in the fleet. I was let go at boot camp.

I really need to do this because my life has just turned upside down and I have been wanting to go back to the military since I was let go. But didn’t because I had a husband in the Marines.

Also in the Marines, long female hair has to be a tight bun , NO fly aways, and NO VISIBLE hair clips (bobby pins, hair-ties). Is the AF the same way? Cause I had to get my hair cut there and I’ve grown it out, but I REALLY don’t want to cut it again, it means so much to me. That’s why I won’t join the Navy.

Thank you guys so much in advance!!

Please email me if you have anymore advice. I’m sure I’ll pass MEPS with flying colors cause I had no problems before.
