The DOT supposedly checked it. When he was on his way to the company he’s to drive for the truck slid into a ditch because of a crack in the air lines of the brake. When the truck was in the shop, they found corroded electrical wires and when they went to do an alignment because the truck was pulling to the one side, they found the tie rods and shocks were shot. After driving several hundred miles the rubber around the roof (I haven’t seen it so I don’t know what it is) started flapping and flew off. Now the truck is waiting to have that repaired along with another electrical problem with the speakers. They blew out and are smelling like they are burning. He signed some kind of a paper saying he accepts the truck as is. Not being a mechanic, how could he anticipate these problems? With the problems he has had, he could have been killed or have killed someone else. How could a vehicle this unsafe be sold? Mom and Dad have been paying all the bills. Do we have any recourse?

Ok… so I’m 16 and I was driving to the mall… I live in central Texas and we have been getting alot of rain. I don’t like to drive in the rain, but when I left my house… all was calm and well. Then about half way to the mall it was pouring!!!!!!!!! I coould hardly see, I had my windshield wipers on full blast and then all of the sudden, they tied up in a knot!!!!!!!!!!! I could not see anything! AHHHHHHHH! SO I swerved over to the side of the rode and flew throught the ditch, blowed a mile marker down and not a scratch on the car! Needless to say… I;m gonna try my best to stay iin when it’s wet! hahah. Thought I’d share!

My cuzin had dream bout me, her, her boyfreind (Kevin), and a guy thats like in love with me that i like to( Dylan) here it goes: Me and her wanted to meet up with Kevin and Dylan at kevins house cuz dylan was stayin wit kevin so my mom droped us off @ his home and we stayed there for an hr. and 1/2 (but this is wut happened wen we were there ) we watched a movie (the happening) kevin and my cuz on one couch, me and Dylan on the loveseat, and kevins sis and her g/f on the big chair we wer watching the movie and then me and Dylan started making out and kevin told his sis and she jumped between us and i flew off the couch and then got back on and we were just tlkin then kevins fone rang and it was his friend (but i didnt kno which one) l8er sum1 knocked on the door it was my bff Mikey he saw me and Dylan and said “wut is this i thot we were datin” (i didn’t kno this ok ) then he say ” i pour my heart out to u and this is wut i get” i said we were never datin he said “yes we were … but not no more” then he started cussin at me and i got off the couch and started cussin at him to and then he said (after i was done) ” Oh hell no” and he hit me then kevin (being the good freind that he is) punches him and breaks his nose amd dylan gets a whip and beats him wit it and then they tie him up and throw him in his ditch wen they got bac every1 that was there was TRYING to confort me but i wouldnt let ANYONE touch me so Dylan came and conforted me (dylan was the only 1 i would let touch me) and i was still on the floor in fetal postition the he say “lets go in kevins room i need to tlk to u ” i said ok tlk he said ” alone” i say ok we went in his room and tlked and nxt thing u kno kevin and my cuz wlk in on us doin it and they left and he asked me to marry him and so did kevin (but he asked my cuz) so weird
