For a few years now I’ve had vagues memories of a cartoon I saw as a kid. It ran in the early 90s but could have been made in the 80s and I remember there were at least two movies on video but they could have just been episodes edited together I suppose.
I think it was something to do with wishes, a wizard lived in a tower and kept wishes or dreams or something in swirly crystal balls. However, what I remember most clearly was a pet he had. It was a flying fish that I seem to remember behaved as a dog.
If anyone can help me identify this show, I’d be most appreciative. It’s been driving me nuts for years now.
